Online Dispute Resolution Regulation

On the 9th of January 2016 the EU’s Online Dispute Resolution Regulation came into force. One of its principal articles is that an alternative dispute resolution between users and online retailers can be reached via this platform. The EU Commission has established a platform for extra-judicial dispute settlement. This gives our customers the chance to resolve disputes relating to an online order without the involvement of a court. http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
